Pike Street Nuts began with one kettle and a recipe passed through our family. We started with simple goals. Keep the batches small. Use ingredients you can pronounce. Pack at peak freshness. Listen to customers and improve the details.

Those habits became the business. Family members roast, pack, and answer emails. If a batch is not right, we do it again. If a flavor needs a lighter hand, we adjust.
