Pike Street Nuts began with one kettle and a recipe passed through our family. We started with simple goals. Keep the batches small. Use ingredients you can pronounce. Pack at peak freshness. Listen to customers and improve the details.
Those habits became the business. Family members roast, pack, and answer emails. If a batch is not right, we do it again. If a flavor needs a lighter hand, we adjust. We carry the same standards into new flavors and seasonal runs. The result is consistent quality that you can feel when the bag opens and you get that first warm aroma.
We are also known as Pike Place Nuts. Different name, same family, same recipe, same focus on freshness.
